One of the cogs in the Montana Fogg wheel of hospitality professionals, Ed started in the glamourous world of retail before seeing the light and moving over to restaurants. He started at the bottom of the food chain at Scott’s in Mayfair, and rose to the rank of Head Maitre d’. It was here where he met Seb Fogg and Laura Montana, and the three became instant friends and collaborators. Ed is one part of the duo behind the much lauded (and missed) Verden in Hackney. He also opened Maison Francois in St James’ and Isabel in Mayfair. Ed is most likely to order the funkiest natural wine on a night out.
