Laura has been behind the opening and running of some of the most iconic restaurants in London, New York and Los Angeles. Working shoulder to shoulder with some of the industry’s biggest names including Richard Caring, Graydon Carter, Skye Gyngell and Juan Santa Cruz. Before moving to the US to open Monkey Bar and Soho House West Hollywood, she sat on the executive team at The Ivy, after selling off her own successful cafe business in London. Laura’s achievements lie within her ability to transform spaces into profitable hospitality machines. Having been spotted by Richard Caring through the Soho House opening in LA, she launched his new restaurant, 34 Mayfair, and became Operations Director for New Projects. Laura helped Richard to develop the concept Sexy Fish, and in 2017 partnered with Seb to found Montana Fogg. Laura always orders a glass of champagne as her first drink of the night.
