Michael specialises in advising landlords, developers and London Estates on their place-making strategies with a focus on curation of unique, mixed use projects, such as Battersea Power Station, Borough Yards, Seven Dials and The Bower EC1.
Michael also advises hospitality operators on their expansion strategies, which ranges from working with start-ups to international operators, established chefs, and restaurant and leisure groups.
